Refund Policy
How cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work for FamiliFlow paid plans.

Overview
FamiliFlow offers optional paid subscriptions (for example Pro and Premium) in addition to free usage. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work alongside our Terms of Service.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are processed by our payment partner at checkout. You will receive a confirmation with the amount charged, billing interval, and renewal terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription so it does not renew at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless a refund is granted under this policy or applicable law.
To cancel or manage billing, use the account and billing options in the product where available, or contact us at hi@familiflow.com with the email address on your account and details of the subscription you wish to cancel.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with your transaction reference and account email. We will review good-faith requests on a case-by-case basis.
We may offer a refund or account credit when, for example:
- A duplicate charge or clear processing error occurred through our payment provider;
- You could not access paid features for a significant period due to a verified technical issue on our side;
- Mandatory consumer laws in your country require a refund for your specific situation (for example certain withdrawal rights for distance contracts).
Where a refund is approved, it is typically returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on banks and payment networks and may take several business days after we process the refund.
What we generally do not refund
Except as required by law or as stated above, we do not refund charges for subscription periods you have already used or where the service was available in line with your plan. Changing your mind after substantial use of paid features may not qualify for a full refund.
Fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (for example currency conversion or cash advance fees) are outside our control and are not refunded by us.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first so we can help without unnecessary disruption to your family data and subscription.
Free tier
FamiliFlow’s free tier does not require payment; there is nothing to refund for free usage.
